完全固化以后的环氧树脂是无毒、无害、符合环保标准的,不属于危险废弃物。

组份环氧树脂可应用到胶粘剂\涂料\浇注料等产品的制备上,这些环氧树脂深加工产品进一步使用到电器电子部件的封装\粘接\涂覆等等

3. 单组份耐高温环氧胶水与双组份的有什么区别

环氧胶水要反应固化,必须要环氧树脂和固化剂混合在一起在一定的条件下才能固化。单组份的环氧胶水是利用胶囊原理或潜伏型固化剂,把固化剂加入到环氧树脂中,在特定的温度下,固化剂和环氧树脂不会起反应,但达到一定的条件(如加温)就会发生固化反应。单组份环氧胶的技术要求比较高,价格也高。双组份的环氧胶就是环氧胶和固化剂分开储存(一般A组分是环氧树脂,B组分是固化剂),使用的时候,把环氧树脂和固化剂混合均匀,就会发生固化交联反应,达到固化粘接的目的,价格和技术要求相对来说都会低一些。

4. 一般环氧树脂固化后是硬的,用什么固化剂可以配成单组份环氧树脂软胶

单组份环氧抄树脂胶需要的固化袭温度比较高,室温下难以固化。第一可以选择分子链较长的固化剂或者选择内增韧剂和外增韧剂,降低分子的交联密度和玻璃化温度。环氧增韧一般有加入丁腈橡胶或者聚硫橡胶,固化剂可以选用聚酰胺类的固化剂。上述三种是内增韧,外增韧就是一些酯类的增塑剂,效果不好,而且时间久了会析出,影响产品性能。第二可以选用改性环氧,里面有溶剂和引入长分子链的环氧组成,固化后比较软。另外尽量少加一些增加硬度的填料,如硅微粉。硫酸钡之类。单组份环氧树脂胶本身的固化温度就很高,玻璃化温度自然也高,硬度高是肯定的。还没见过环氧树脂胶固化后是软的,建议使用一下聚氨酯胶。

1、适用范围不同

单组分环氧适用于弹性或软质材料类产品的粘接。双组分环氧胶水广泛应用于电子元器件及工艺品、礼品的粘接固定,对于金属、陶瓷、木材、玻璃、纤维制品及硬质塑胶之间的封装粘接,有优异的粘接强度。

2、使用方式不同

单组份环氧需要高温固化的,它里面的固化剂是潜伏型固化剂,当加热到一定温度以后,固化剂被激活,才发生化学反应的。

双组份环氧,A剂是环氧树脂,B剂是固化剂,当AB混合以后就开始发生化学反应,当温度升高可以加快反应速度,但是不加热也可以。


3、固化效果不同

双组分环氧胶水固化后粘接部位粘接强度高、抗冲击,耐震动,硬度较好,有较好的韧性。固化物耐酸碱性能好,防潮防水、防油防尘性能佳,耐湿热和大气老化;固化物具有良好的绝缘、抗压、粘接强度高等电气及物理特性。

单组分环氧固化速度快。固化物外观光滑细腻,无针孔,不开裂。湿强度高及吸湿性低。

6. 环氧树脂单组份和双组份有什么区别

单组分就是固化剂,树脂,促进剂等都在一起,用的时候直接用。
双组分是指树脂为一个组分,固化剂,促进剂为另一个组分,用的时候再按照规定的比例混合后再使用。

7. 环氧树脂胶是单组份的好溶解还是双组份的好溶解

晚上好,只有一种成分没有固化剂的环氧品种其实是通过化学改性后变成潜伏性固化剂预先分散于环氧单体中,之后再通过高温或者潮湿条件来引发自由基使胶体硬化例如双氰胺。无论哪一种在交联后都重新构成超大分子量聚合物无法被溶剂再溶解,有一些分子量较低的脂肪胺型不耐强酸如E-51是可以被诸如二氯甲烷和甲酸的混合溶剂崩解掉。环氧都是双组分。
