單組份環氧樹脂導熱膠

完全固化以後的環氧樹脂是無毒、無害、符合環保標準的,不屬於危險廢棄物。

2. 關於單組份環氧樹脂的應用

組份環氧樹脂可應用到膠粘劑\塗料\澆注料等產品的制備上,這些環氧樹脂深加工產品進一步使用到電器電子部件的封裝\粘接\塗覆等等

3. 單組份耐高溫環氧膠水與雙組份的有什麼區別

環氧膠水要反應固化,必須要環氧樹脂和固化劑混合在一起在一定的條件下才能固化。單組份的環氧膠水是利用膠囊原理或潛伏型固化劑,把固化劑加入到環氧樹脂中,在特定的溫度下,固化劑和環氧樹脂不會起反應,但達到一定的條件(如加溫)就會發生固化反應。單組份環氧膠的技術要求比較高,價格也高。雙組份的環氧膠就是環氧膠和固化劑分開儲存(一般A組分是環氧樹脂,B組分是固化劑),使用的時候,把環氧樹脂和固化劑混合均勻,就會發生固化交聯反應,達到固化粘接的目的,價格和技術要求相對來說都會低一些。

4. 一般環氧樹脂固化後是硬的,用什麼固化劑可以配成單組份環氧樹脂軟膠

單組份環氧抄樹脂膠需要的固化襲溫度比較高,室溫下難以固化。第一可以選擇分子鏈較長的固化劑或者選擇內增韌劑和外增韌劑,降低分子的交聯密度和玻璃化溫度。環氧增韌一般有加入丁腈橡膠或者聚硫橡膠,固化劑可以選用聚醯胺類的固化劑。上述三種是內增韌,外增韌就是一些酯類的增塑劑,效果不好,而且時間久了會析出,影響產品性能。第二可以選用改性環氧,裡面有溶劑和引入長分子鏈的環氧組成,固化後比較軟。另外盡量少加一些增加硬度的填料,如硅微粉。硫酸鋇之類。單組份環氧樹脂膠本身的固化溫度就很高,玻璃化溫度自然也高,硬度高是肯定的。還沒見過環氧樹脂膠固化後是軟的,建議使用一下聚氨酯膠。

5. 單組分環氧和雙組分環氧膠水的區別

固化方式,耐溫,來固化時間源

1、適用范圍不同

單組分環氧適用於彈性或軟質材料類產品的粘接。雙組分環氧膠水廣泛應用於電子元器件及工藝品、禮品的粘接固定,對於金屬、陶瓷、木材、玻璃、纖維製品及硬質塑膠之間的封裝粘接,有優異的粘接強度。

2、使用方式不同

單組份環氧需要高溫固化的,它裡面的固化劑是潛伏型固化劑,當加熱到一定溫度以後,固化劑被激活,才發生化學反應的。

雙組份環氧,A劑是環氧樹脂,B劑是固化劑,當AB混合以後就開始發生化學反應,當溫度升高可以加快反應速度,但是不加熱也可以。


3、固化效果不同

雙組分環氧膠水固化後粘接部位粘接強度高、抗沖擊,耐震動,硬度較好,有較好的韌性。固化物耐酸鹼性能好,防潮防水、防油防塵性能佳,耐濕熱和大氣老化;固化物具有良好的絕緣、抗壓、粘接強度高等電氣及物理特性。

單組分環氧固化速度快。固化物外觀光滑細膩,無針孔,不開裂。濕強度高及吸濕性低。

6. 環氧樹脂單組份和雙組份有什麼區別

單組分就是固化劑,樹脂,促進劑等都在一起,用的時候直接用。
雙組分是指樹脂為一個組分,固化劑,促進劑為另一個組分,用的時候再按照規定的比例混合後再使用。

7. 環氧樹脂膠是單組份的好溶解還是雙組份的好溶解

晚上好,只有一種成分沒有固化劑的環氧品種其實是通過化學改性後變成潛伏性固化劑預先分散於環氧單體中,之後再通過高溫或者潮濕條件來引發自由基使膠體硬化例如雙氰胺。無論哪一種在交聯後都重新構成超大分子量聚合物無法被溶劑再溶解,有一些分子量較低的脂肪胺型不耐強酸如E-51是可以被諸如二氯甲烷和甲酸的混合溶劑崩解掉。環氧都是雙組分。
