LFD系列复膜扁布袋除尘器在过去传统材料应用的基础上，进行革命性的突破。目前国内生产除尘器厂家的布袋均采用CCP或208工业绒布做过滤袋，该型号的布袋最大缺陷是：吸水性大、透气性差、不抗静电、容易结堵，严重影响除尘效果。并且还装有电（油）加热系统，更容易发生火灾隐患。除尘器的除尘效力的高低取决于布袋滤料的品质，结构的设计也随着滤料品质的提升而改变，因此我公司采用进口的"E-TPFE*1微孔复膜滤料"做布袋，彻底解决了除尘器以往除尘效力差和其它结构设计上的缺陷与不足。主要性能 1．"E-TPFE*1微孔复膜滤料"做布袋，该滤料的最大特点是：不沾水、阻燃型抗静电、在零下40oC至零上120oC的温体条件下耐老化、透气性好、绝对不结堵，使用寿命长（保用期3年以上）,除尘效果极佳。而且根本不需要电（油）加热系统，可消除火灾隐患。 2．设备外型油漆使用WH-30、WH-40三涂环氧树脂重防腐油漆，经过喷砂加工工艺喷涂，可防止铁涨、表面光泽、强度高、硬度硬，外漆不易脱落，确保内材不生锈延长使用寿命。 3．体内结构件，如：布袋框、网片、振打对拍叉键轴、支承座、紧固件均使用不锈钢，润滑轴套均使用锡青铜，叉键使用尼龙塑料，便利设备维修和增强使用寿命。 4．壳体内壁全部使用环氧树脂加纤维布进行"二布三涂"防腐处理，加强内壁防腐，保障设备使用寿命。 5．风叶使用铝合金整体压铸制造，经动静平衡校正，保证设计风量和低超音率。 6．PLC程控电柜所选用的元器件和程控器均为日本富士公司和梅兰日兰公司产品，箱体为烘烤漆，防水、防尘的双密封箱体，不易生锈腐烂和积尘，提高电柜使用寿命。主要特点 1．安装在扬尘点上直接吸尘，无须架设较长的吸风管道和排尘管道。 2．除尘器出风口排放的空气为99.6%的净化空气。 3．结合FDG系列双密封可调弓型导料槽使用，治尘效力高，不发生第二次污染，可自行回收煤粉达到再利用和节约能源的要求。 4．电动机功率小、噪声低、耗电少。 5．除尘器体积小、重量轻、不需占用建筑面积和水资源。 6．除尘器与皮带机通过PLC程控实现联动，所有工作程序完全自动执行。 7．设备基本没有维护和管理工作。 FDG系列双密封可调弓型导料槽 FDG系列双密封可调弓型导料槽诞生在九十年代末，它主要依托新材料的注入，加之结构设计的创新，使传统的导料槽得到充分的改进，彻底解决了导料槽漏、喷粉问题，有效地保障了治尘效果。以前国内各大电力设计院均选用一般普通导料槽，其结果：在下煤落差高与正压大的情况下，通过导料槽喷漏出粉尘，造成转运站粉尘更加污染，根本不能达到国家卫生标准，因此我公司目前正在不断推广和扩大对燃煤电厂输煤系统的治尘改造，而且收到良好的效果。 主要性能 1．边缘橡胶密封带选用优质天然橡胶，经特殊配方和加工工艺制造，具有高耐磨、耐老化、伸长强度高、弹性好、压缩变形小、形体设计为"燕尾插式"内外二层双密封，可保证输送皮带与密封带之间的高度密封，并且维修方便。橡胶密封带采用尼龙纤维做骨架材料，嵌入边缘橡胶密封带中，除大大增强机械物理性能外，主要可增加一倍的使用寿命。 2．耐冲击支架和输送带密封托架部件均使用16Mn优质钢板和异型高分子橡胶板材进行复合而成，具有耐磨、缓冲、不变形、散热快、摩擦系数小、使用寿命长。高分子橡胶板设计为球形与输送皮带之间的摩擦及阻力系数很小，平滑而耐磨，不会导致输送机动力负荷的增大。 3．橡胶挡尘帘用料与加工工艺均和边缘橡胶密封带同类，机械物理性能相同，主要用在导料槽出风口，阻挡微尘向外飘逸。 4．导料槽外体油漆使用WH-30、WH-40三涂环氧树脂重防腐油漆，经过喷砂加工工艺喷涂，可防止铁涨，表面光滑、强度高、硬度高、外漆不易脱落，确保内材不生锈，可延长使用寿命。主要特点 1．有着良好的尘源密封，通过除尘器的配合，可确保粉尘不向外漏和喷出，保证极佳的治尘效果。 2．导料槽上盖设计为弓形（促进风量、风压均希）并可增加导料槽容积，降低诱导风压力。 3．使用FDG双密封可调弓型导料槽可降低除尘器规格，减少投资和能耗。 4．可确保除尘效果在转运站内每立方米粉尘浓度低于10毫克。 5．导料槽与除尘器的工作配合，可确保设备工作运行故障低于3％，减少工人对设备维护的工作量。

废水预处理设施在不在关键节点安装计量装置没有那么必需。完全可以在预处理废水入口处安装简易的燕尾槽浮球阀或价格稍高的液位器根据流速液位替代流量计。若一定要在关键节点安装流量计受位置限制可能造价会高。
