SBR( Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process )是一种好氧微生物污水处理技术,是连续进水、间歇排水的周期循环间歇曝气系统。该工艺集调节、初沉、曝气、二沉、生物脱氮等过程于一池,按不同的时间顺序进行各种目的不同的操作,全部过程都在一个池体内周而复始地进行,工艺流程简洁,布局紧凑合理,是一种先进的污水处理系统。该技术适用于处理市政生活污水和中低浓度有机工业废水,能有效地去除废水中BOD5和悬浮固体(SS),将废水中的氮化合物转成硝酸盐,进而转成氨气,使出水的氨氮(NH3-N)含量大大降低。与之相比较,传统的连续流水处理系统CFS( Continuous Flow System )是在空间上设置不同的设施而在同一时间内进行各种操作。该工艺将调节、初沉、曝气、二沉、生物脱氮等过程设于多个池内进行,限制了反应器的功能,扩大了使用空间和占地面积,使运行速度迟缓,空间和地面的有效利用率降低,不适应于大中城市工业废水、生活污水和其它多种复杂环境中各种废水处理的需要。
