PQC：Process Quality Control，過程質量控制/製程質量控制。

主要是指對每批次開拉或更換產品時的首件產品確認，並給予生產部生產產品的標准，首檢有告知、預防功能；對在線產品的檢驗要求應按首件樣品要求進行控制，正式生產時所有的產品必須符合首件樣品的要求，且在開拉前一定要做來料檢驗就是對快要生產的產品的原材料進行確認物料的正確性。

LQC：Line Quality Control，生產線品質控制。

主要是指從樣品到量產整個生產過程的產品質量控制，通過測試、控制及改進流程以提升產品質量。包括處理品質異常及品質改善，品質狀況跟進等。

OQA：Outgoing Quality Assurance，成品最終出貨檢查/產品出廠前的最後一道質量檢驗程序.

主要是指嚴格按照抽樣標准規定來檢查待出貨、外發加工的產品，在不合格情況出現時，應立即通知相關人員確保產品改善，不可耽擱產品的出貨，也要避免造成批量性的不良品，對品質不穩定的產品進行跟蹤。
