⑶ 鐵和什麼最耐磨 燕尾槽鐵和鐵可以嗎 有潤滑 不知壽命多少
LFD系列復膜扁布袋除塵器在過去傳統材料應用的基礎上，進行革命性的突破。目前國內生產除塵器廠家的布袋均採用CCP或208工業絨布做過濾袋，該型號的布袋最大缺陷是：吸水性大、透氣性差、不抗靜電、容易結堵，嚴重影響除塵效果。並且還裝有電（油）加熱系統，更容易發生火災隱患。除塵器的除塵效力的高低取決於布袋濾料的品質，結構的設計也隨著濾料品質的提升而改變，因此我公司採用進口的"E-TPFE*1微孔復膜濾料"做布袋，徹底解決了除塵器以往除塵效力差和其它結構設計上的缺陷與不足。主要性能 1．"E-TPFE*1微孔復膜濾料"做布袋，該濾料的最大特點是：不沾水、阻燃型抗靜電、在零下40oC至零上120oC的溫體條件下耐老化、透氣性好、絕對不結堵，使用壽命長（保用期3年以上）,除塵效果極佳。而且根本不需要電（油）加熱系統，可消除火災隱患。 2．設備外型油漆使用WH-30、WH-40三塗環氧樹脂重防腐油漆，經過噴砂加工工藝噴塗，可防止鐵漲、表面光澤、強度高、硬度硬，外漆不易脫落，確保內材不生銹延長使用壽命。 3．體內結構件，如：布袋框、網片、振打對拍叉鍵軸、支承座、緊固件均使用不銹鋼，潤滑軸套均使用錫青銅，叉鍵使用尼龍塑料，便利設備維修和增強使用壽命。 4．殼體內壁全部使用環氧樹脂加纖維布進行"二布三塗"防腐處理，加強內壁防腐，保障設備使用壽命。 5．風葉使用鋁合金整體壓鑄製造，經動靜平衡校正，保證設計風量和低超音率。 6．PLC程式控制電櫃所選用的元器件和程式控制器均為日本富士公司和梅蘭日蘭公司產品，箱體為烘烤漆，防水、防塵的雙密封箱體，不易生銹腐爛和積塵，提高電櫃使用壽命。主要特點 1．安裝在揚塵點上直接吸塵，無須架設較長的吸風管道和排塵管道。 2．除塵器出風口排放的空氣為99.6%的凈化空氣。 3．結合FDG系列雙密封可調弓型導料槽使用，治塵效力高，不發生第二次污染，可自行回收煤粉達到再利用和節約能源的要求。 4．電動機功率小、雜訊低、耗電少。 5．除塵器體積小、重量輕、不需佔用建築面積和水資源。 6．除塵器與皮帶機通過PLC程式控制實現聯動，所有工作程序完全自動執行。 7．設備基本沒有維護和管理工作。 FDG系列雙密封可調弓型導料槽 FDG系列雙密封可調弓型導料槽誕生在九十年代末，它主要依託新材料的注入，加之結構設計的創新，使傳統的導料槽得到充分的改進，徹底解決了導料槽漏、噴粉問題，有效地保障了治塵效果。以前國內各大電力設計院均選用一般普通導料槽，其結果：在下煤落差高與正壓大的情況下，通過導料槽噴漏出粉塵，造成轉運站粉塵更加污染，根本不能達到國家衛生標准，因此我公司目前正在不斷推廣和擴大對燃煤電廠輸煤系統的治塵改造，而且收到良好的效果。 主要性能 1．邊緣橡膠密封帶選用優質天然橡膠，經特殊配方和加工工藝製造，具有高耐磨、耐老化、伸長強度高、彈性好、壓縮變形小、形體設計為"燕尾插式"內外二層雙密封，可保證輸送皮帶與密封帶之間的高度密封，並且維修方便。橡膠密封帶採用尼龍纖維做骨架材料，嵌入邊緣橡膠密封帶中，除大大增強機械物理性能外，主要可增加一倍的使用壽命。 2．耐沖擊支架和輸送帶密封托架部件均使用16Mn優質鋼板和異型高分子橡膠板材進行復合而成，具有耐磨、緩沖、不變形、散熱快、摩擦系數小、使用壽命長。高分子橡膠板設計為球形與輸送皮帶之間的摩擦及阻力系數很小，平滑而耐磨，不會導致輸送機動力負荷的增大。 3．橡膠擋塵簾用料與加工工藝均和邊緣橡膠密封帶同類，機械物理性能相同，主要用在導料槽出風口，阻擋微塵向外飄逸。 4．導料槽外體油漆使用WH-30、WH-40三塗環氧樹脂重防腐油漆，經過噴砂加工工藝噴塗，可防止鐵漲，表面光滑、強度高、硬度高、外漆不易脫落，確保內材不生銹，可延長使用壽命。主要特點 1．有著良好的塵源密封，通過除塵器的配合，可確保粉塵不向外漏和噴出，保證極佳的治塵效果。 2．導料槽上蓋設計為弓形（促進風量、風壓均希）並可增加導料槽容積，降低誘導風壓力。 3．使用FDG雙密封可調弓型導料槽可降低除塵器規格，減少投資和能耗。 4．可確保除塵效果在轉運站內每立方米粉塵濃度低於10毫克。 5．導料槽與除塵器的工作配合，可確保設備工作運行故障低於3％，減少工人對設備維護的工作量。

廢水預處理設施在不在關鍵節點安裝計量裝置沒有那麼必需。完全可以在預處理廢水入口處安裝簡易的燕尾槽浮球閥或價格稍高的液位器根據流速液位替代流量計。若一定要在關鍵節點安裝流量計受位置限制可能造價會高。

The vessel will be equipped with two (2) Pool anchors, and connected to studlink chain cable of high tensile steel (56 mm K3) according to the rules of the classification society. The minimum total chain length shall be 577,5m, equally divided over both sides (PS and SB).

The driving equipment for one windlass consists of:
